Lubię jak na talerzu widać jaki mamy sezon, nawet jeżeli jest to sałatka, która mogła by kojarzyć się tylko z wiosną i latem. Listki sałaty rzymskiej z rukolą i radichio, do tego pokrojony w cieniutkie plasterki pieczony burak i pokrojona na 16-stki gruszka. To wszystko polane sosem balsamicznym i posypane podprażonym słonecznikiem. Ukoronowaniem sałatki jest wędzony na zimno pstrąg tęczowy - o niebo lepszy niż łosoś ( wg mojej subiektywnej oceny😉).

🍌Olive Oil Banana Nut Bread🍌~~~~~~
Simple pleasures for me consist of sharing this healthy, moist, freshly baked banana bread with the one I love. 
Ingredients⇾1/4C+2Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 egg, 3 ripe bananas, 1/4C maple syrup, 1/4C honey, 1tsp vanilla, 3Tbs nut milk(vanilla @califiafarms almond) 1tsp baking soda, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1/3C walnuts
⇾mix wet ingredients together and beat in egg
⇾mix dry together and fold in wet ingredients and nuts gently
⇾bake for 35 min at 350 and DEVOUR .

🔥 Lettuce wraps filled with spicy chickpeas and topped with a creamy cilantro sauce. These quick and flavorful lettuce wraps make a nutritious fiber packed meatless lunch or dinner in minutes!👊🏻

2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas garbanzo beans, about 2 cups
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder or paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
6-8 romaine lettuce leaves
Diced onion, tomato, avocado, cucumber for topping optional

For the cilantro jalapeno sauce
1/2 cup yogurt sour-cream or mayonnaise*
¼ cup fresh cilantro include the cilantro stems
1 jalapeño
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp avocado oil
¼ tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Drain and rinse chickpeas and pat with paper towels to remove excess water.
In a medium bowl, add dried chickpeas, olive oil, chili powder, cumin and generously season with salt and pepper. Mix until the chickpeas are fully coated with the spices.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chickpeas and saute for 3-5 minutes or until the chickpeas are crunchy.

These quick and flavorful lettuce wraps make a nutritious fiber packed meatless lunch or dinner in minutes!👊🏻 By @gimmedelicious - 2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas garbanzo beans, about 2 cups 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon chili powder or paprika 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 tsp garlic powder salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 6-8 romaine lettuce leaves Diced onion, tomato, avocado, cucumber for topping optional - For the cilantro jalapeno sauce 1/2 cup yogurt sour-cream or mayonnaise* ¼ cup fresh cilantro include the cilantro stems 1 jalapeño 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp fresh lime juice 1 tbsp avocado oil ¼ tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper - Instructions Drain and rinse chickpeas and pat with paper towels to remove excess water. In a medium bowl, add dried chickpeas, olive oil, chili powder, cumin and generously season with salt and pepper. Mix until the chickpeas are fully coated with the spices. One red beans canned, and two meals. ✌️Sweet and salt? How did I do? 🌱I used red bean canned soup for the very soft glutenfree chocolate- cherry cake and I made oil free crunchy bean-corn fritters.
Chocolate cherry cake recipe :
red bean canned soup
40g coconut flour
50g millet flour
80g shorghum flour
25g cocoa
55g coconut sugor
2.5dl water
3 tbsp coconut oil
1teaspoon soda
pinch salt and citrit acid
lot of cherry 
Red bean canned soup put in a bowl and make pink foam with wisk (10 min). Mixed dry and liquid ingredienst with the foam. After baking 200C 35minutes.
