ОВСЯНЫЕ ВАФЛИ. #yul_gud_выпечка Простейшие в приготовлении и полезные вафли, которые могут быть как десертом, так и закуской😋 Нам нужно смешать миксером чуть неполный стакан овсяной муки (просеять), 1 ч.л. разрыхлителя, щепотку соли, 1/2 стакана молока, 1 яйцо, 2 ст.л. растопленного кокосового масла (или другого). Сахар я не добавляю. Тесту надо дать немного постоять и можно выпекать как обычно. На фото вафли с финиковым сиропом, за кадром с икрой👌🏼 P.S. чтобы любые вафли не были влажными, после выпечки их нужно остужать на решетке☝🏼

ЯИЧНИЦА С ГОРОШКОМ, МОЦАРЕЛЛОЙ, КАМАМБЕРОМ И КОППОЙ. #yul_gud_egg Идеальный вариант завтрака от идеальной женщины🤪 Расплавленный камамбер, тянущаяся моцарелла, нежный горошек и пикантная коппа – это💣💣💣 Обжариваем пару горстей замороженного горошка (минут 5 под крышкой,огонь на минимуме), разбиваем 3 яйца, солим. Укладываем 4 кусочка камамбера и 4 мини-шарика моцареллы. Крошим чили-перчик (без семян). И последним этапом добавляем коппу. Готовим на небольшом огне под крышкой до расплавления сыра. Коппа – это итальянское сыровяленое мясо (шея и плечо). У меня эта штука из лося🙈

Happy Saturday everyone! Today was a great day for me. I visited my grandmother and had a really nice time with my family 😊 I ended my 39 hour fast today, as well. So that was exciting. Today I weighed in and, luckily, my weight has stayed exactly the same since last Saturday, when I was still restricting my calories. So here's what I had for day 6 !😄 🔹Breakfast I broke my fast with some lemon water with electrolytes, after that I went for something very nutrient-dense: an avocado and two eggs with mayo. (444kcal, 2.5 net carbs) 🔹Lunch Thankfully, at my grandma's I had a very friendly keto meal. No picture but it was a delicious cold roasted chicken thigh, salad and some cheese 🍗💕 (Around 110kcal, 3 net carbs) 🔹Dinner Minced pork with a bit of cheese and load of cabbage with mayo and pickles! (468kcal, 3.5 net carbs) 🔹Dessert Two of my coconut flour cookies and a cup of refreshing lemon water. (182kcal, 1.5 net carbs) 🔹So I had an 11 hour eating window, thought I'd like a full day of eating for once. Heute gibt es mal richtiges Fitness Food zum Abendessen. 😁 Das Bild könnte doch glatt aus ner Zeitschrift stammen, oder? 😅 Aber nein, so sieht mein Essen tatsächlich aus. Bin selbst überrascht, wie gut es geworden ist, denn eigentlich musste ich ein wenig improvisieren. Es gab Brokkoli mit Hähnchenbrust Filetstreifen und einen Bulgursalat mit Peperoni und Minze. Den Brokkoli habe ich nur in Salzwasser gekocht, die Hähnchenstücke sind bereits vorgegart und der Salat ist von Aldi. What’s bulky to you, may not be bulky to someone else. . Fear of getting too bulky is one of the most common concerns among women who are new to strength training. . In reality, your chances of “accidentally” bulking up from lifting weights are about as good as replacing Danica Patrick after she retires this year because hey, you drive a car too right?… Doesn’t work like that. . Nothing happens overnight. So if at any point, you felt like you’d reached your personal preference for muscle mass, you or your coach would simply adjust your training and nutrition plan for maintenance at that point. You won’t just wake up one morning and have accidentally gotten too swole. . One of the main reasons why it’s harder for women to put on a significant amount of muscle mass compared to men is that the balance of testosterone and human growth hormone (HGH) in women is far lower than in men (in terms of the general population). Both of these play a large role in building muscle mass. Some studies suggest that testosterone levels in women are as much as 15 to 20 times lower. . So it’s not that women can’t get bulky, it’s just that unless your training regimen, nutrition and supplementation plan are specifically geared towards putting on size, it won’t happen. . If you are just looking to lose some weight and get fit, your training regimen and nutrition plan will look vastly different than that of a female bodybuilder or powerlifter for example. .
