Pan-fried ling with tomato and olive salad
Enjoy a low carb healthy fish meal with a Mediterranean twist!

Ingredients Serves 2  2 skinless pink ling fish fillets  2  tbsp  Olive Oil  200gm tomato medley, sliced or halved  1 truss tomatoes, cut into thin wedges  6tbsp Mediterranean mixed pitted olives, chopped  1/3 cup basil leaves  2 tbsp Chunky Basil With Cashew & Parmesan Dip  1 tbsp lemon juice  Parsley to garnish

Method  1.Brush both sides of the fish fillets with 1 tbsp of the oil. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for 2-3 mins each side or until just cooked though.  2. Meanwhile, combine the tomatoes, olives and basil in a bowl. Combine the dip, lemon juice and remaining oil in a small bowl.  3.Drizzle the dressing over the fish. Serve with tomato salad.

So I didn’t post anything yesterday as I was super busy - but today has not been the best of days 😒 I haven’t counted syns as I’ve had so much chocolate I’m definitely over! Lunch and breakfast consisted of chocolate I picked up, but I made the effort to have a healthy SW microwave curry for dinner! -Sporcuların tercih etmesinin asıl nedeni diğer içeceklere göre içeriği açısından proteinden zengin olması
-İçerisinde bulunan besinler genelde dengeli bir içecek olarak ayarlanır. Bu kan şekerini çok yükseltmeyecek, tokluk sağlayacak bir karışım olur.

On entame notre 6ème semaines de rééquilibrage alimentaire , toujours aussi motivés qu'au début. 
On est fière d'avoir eu enfin se déclic de nous prendre en main , de mieux se nourrir,  avoir une vie saine tout en se faisant plaisir . 
Et de partager cette aventure tout les deux,  nous donne plus de courage et de détermination d'y arriver ensemble ❤
Maintenant il est temps de se poser pour dîner après une journée bien remplie.

HERES THE RECIPE:
•In a bowl whisk together 1 cup of plant-based milk, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar,1 tsp vanilla extract & 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup.
•In a separate bowl, add 3/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds & a pinch of salt and combine. •Add wet mix into the bowl with the dry mixture & stir until you reach a smooth batter.

Что же съесть на ужин?🤔Так уж сложилось что завтрак и последующие два приёма пищи у меня зачастую однообразны😏, так как с утра обычно маловато времени для какой-либо готовки, поэтому пища зачастую простая, но сытная💪, а вот что касается ужина, то вечером всегда появляется желание съесть что-то вкусное😋 и что бы не сорваться на очередной шаурме или пицце, приходится иногда что то придумывать🤷‍♂️. Вот один из вариантов:
🔹омлет из 5 яиц (готовим отдельно);
🔹баклажан, кабачок, болгарский перец, помидор;

So we visited the Japanese restaurant Sakura located in  @pearl_continental_hotels , Lahore & did NOT like what they served us. Sadly, they can do much better! The meat was rubbery & smelly, the food was tasteless and overpriced. Perhaps the only positive thing about the place was their ambiance. 🙄😕 P.s. This place was a perfect example of “high shop, vapid food” 🤷🏻‍♀️ P.p.s., We went to @kfc after that and felt much better :p 😄

только что вернулась домой из школы, по пути зашла купить себе хумус и орешки.
сейчас буду смотреть сериалы и пить чай, постараюсь как-то отойти от всего, что происходит. 
сил совсем нет, уже девятые сутки сплю по 2-3 часа, поэтому ещё лягу отдохнуть после обеда.

немного ещё поистерю и лягу спать. завтра хочу затронуть тему отношений в семье и привести в пример свою маму, ибо очень хочется выговориться по этому поводу. почему я все время плачу и чувствую себя ничтожно? потому что я боюсь слишком многих вещей и это загоняет ещё больше.
