I’ve always loved okra. Even as I child I enjoy the taste and texture. We added okra to cabbage, greens, black eye peas. We fried and had one of my favorites: okra and tomatoes. ✅O afundo, também conhecido como agachamento unilateral é um exercício que trabalha com bastante intensidade os glúteos, quadríceps e posteriores de coxa.

✅O interessante deste exercício é que ele não permite que a pelve retroverta (aquele movimento que sua pelve faz quando você desce de maneira exagerada no agachamento). Lembrando que a retroversão pélvica deve ser evitada por ter potencial lesivo na articulação do quadril quando ocorre com sobrecarga.

When I was new to exercising a few years ago I didn't have anyone to tell me the do's and don't of working out. I worked out for a few months and would get frustrated because I wasn't seeing the results that I expected. I listed about a few key notes to keep in mind if exercising is new to you or if you just need a friendly reminder. -
Listen to your body. Your body knows best and it will for sure know if you are over doing it or under doing it. If you wake up and your body is just yelling at you to stay home and not do anything for the day, then stay home and don't do anything. Your body will thank you later. -
Write everything down. Writing things down will keep you motivated. Make sure you are writing out your weekly goals and plugging in your workout dates. -
Work your core. I cannot stress this one enough. The core is the base of everything you do in exercising. A solid core will help you with your stability, range of motion and will help prevent injuries. Make sure you are engaging your core throughout your workouts!

TAKE REST DAYS. That's it. Your body needs it and so does your mind. -
Don't set unrealistic goals. If you're setting goals that aren't attainable you will eventually lose the motivation because you're not meeting these goals and you will end up losing hope and giving up on the whole process. Also make sure you aren't eating in a huge deficit. Starving your body does no good for weight loss/muscle gains and don't forget to drink your water!

Last but not least, don't stress about it. You won't see over night results. It takes time and you WILL get there if you have patience and stick to it. I promise!

500 gr di farina W 320/360 io ho usato Polselli gialla
500 gr di acqua
Mescolare con una forchetta coprire facendo un paio di forellini
Circa 2 ore e mezza a TA
Poi frigo per 24 ore
1 ora o 2 a TA ( deve fare bollicine in superfice)

Impasto
1,150 kg di Polselli zero
1150 del prefermento preparato
Idro 85%
Sale 55 gr

Impastato con spirale, ma va bene qualsiasi impastatrice, anche a mano se sapete gestire le Idro più' alte.
Puntata di due ore circa a TA
Frigo 20 ore
Staglio
TA per 3 ore circa
Cottura nel forno di casa a 250 gradi su pietra refrattaria

Inutile che vi dica quanto era buona fragrante e gustosa, nessun sentore di lievito, anzi completamente priva di acidità', sembrava fatta con LB ma con i profumi inconfondibili del lievito madre.
