Hallöchen meine Lieben 🌸 . Ich hab heute mal wieder Zoodles ausprobiert und das ☝🏽 kam dabei raus 😍 . Zoodles mit Tomaten und Lachs und dazu eine Avocado 🥑 mit Ei Füllung 🤤 . Es war sooo lecker 😋 für die Zoodles hab ich2 Zucchini mit dem Spiralschneider aufgeschnitten, einen EL Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzt und eine Knoblauchzehe angebraten, die Zoodles dazu gegeben und weiter gebraten. 2 Tomaten 🍅 in keine Stücke geschnitten und ebenfalls in die Pfanne. Zum Schluss dann noch ein Lachsfilet in Stücke schneiden und ebenfalls rein damit. Alles im eigenen Saft köcheln lassen für ca 15 Minuten und schups 💫 is es auch schon fertig ✅ . Die Avocado 🥑 hab ich geteilt und die eine Hälfte die ich gegessen habe noch etwas ausgehöhlt damit mein Ei Platz hat. Das Ei vorsichtig in die Muhle gegeben jnd für 20 Minuten bei 170 Grad Ober-/ Unterhitze im Ofen backen. Am besten ihr fangt mit der Avocado an 🙈 Kleiner Tipp: die Avocadohälfte auf eine Muffinform legen, damit sie besser stehen bleibt 👌🏽 . Alles mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und noch etwas Zitronensaft dazu geben und fertig ist es 💪🏽🤤 . Antes de irme a dormir quiero compartirles algo basado en lo vivido el día de hoy😥. Hay momentos en que llegamos al más extremo agotamiento posible😥😰😓, ese donde nos sentimos cansados de “ESTAR SIEMPRE CANSADOS”. Hoy quiero darles mi punto de vista a qué se debe este tipo de estado tan común y sobre todo, cómo podemos hacerle frente💪. Te estás descuidando demasiado, empieza a centrarte en ti mismo. En ocasiones, nos olvidamos de que nuestro cuerpo y nuestra mente son atributos de un ser humano, no de un robot de energía incombustible. Tu cuerpo necesita descansar, permitirte unas horas de relax al día y uno o dos días de descanso a la semana, no significa que hagas menos o que descuides tus obligaciones. Puede parecer irónico, pero aunque cueste creerlo, esta sensación va mucho más allá de la simple fatiga física. Hablamos ante todo, de un estado mental donde la persona empieza a sentirse vulnerable, por falta de recursos personales y es frustrante no poder cumplir los objetivos del día a día. Pocas situaciones pueden llegar a ser más desgastantes que la de sentirse enfadado con uno mismo por no llegar, por no corresponder a los demás como les y nos gustaría. Centrarnos en cumplir expectativas ajenas, en hacer más de lo que nos piden y en centrar toda nuestra atención en los demás, tarde o temprano, pasa factura. Nutrirnos a nosotros mismos de vez en cuando con instantes de soledad, ocio y bienestar es sinónimo de salud. You’re only one workout away from a good mood and making excuses burns zero calories per hour. 😏 . Was a bit under the weather the last couple of days, so I rested and gave my body an immune boost of nutrients. 👊🏼 . However, this morning I felt ready and determined to get back and although I didn’t feel fully 💯% yet, I made the decision to get my a** to my ballroom dance lesson followed by my gym workout.🏋🏻‍♀️ . It’s a fine line knowing when to step back and when to push through but I find when you take space, listen and connect with your inner guidance, the answer becomes clear. 💡 . I feel so much better.
