Trained Chest,Shoulders and Triceps today and finished off with 2 mile cardio. 
I’m still struggling with motivation this week and feeling down in the dumps but I did manage to do my heaviest dumbbell press today. So I just need to keep pushing myself and stop worrying so much I think 🤔

Starting day 9/14 of my elimination diet today and feeling... pretty great.

I’m missing eggs hard core but hoping I can reintroduce in the next few weeks.
.
After these nine days I’m realizing that it’s crazy how individual people’s bodies are. There isn’t a one size fits all approach to nutrition and everyone is different.
.
I love learning these things about my body and want to be able to FEEL the best I can day in and out.
.
I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to dig a little deeper and figure out what wasn’t working for me so I can move forward and live my life with less worry + pain 🤗

Klasican primer sta crossfit cini vasem telu. Decko koji nikad nista nije trenirao i to se lepo vidi na levoj slici, takođe vidimo kako estrogen dominira(SKINNY FAT). Posle 5 meseci treniranja crossfia ovo se dogodilo sto vidimo na drugoj slici. Samo zato sto smo radili bazican stil treninga snage prvo (mrtvo dizanje, cucanj i razne potiske) iz razloga kad pokrecemo velike mišićne grupe mnogo jace i vise se proizvodi muski hormon testosteron i to se jako lepo vidi na drugoj slici. Budi jak i budi alpha, promeni se! Vidimo se na najjace treningu u Zemunu. Stay alpha, don' be a baby!

So I looked at my back in the mirror and can see tiny trap muscles. I'm so excited to get that more defined when I get more lean. I remember it being just a flat back. My love handles are also gone which I was most excited about. Today is rest day for me and tomorrow I'm going to literally kick my ass with the glute guide again. Yaaaaay. ▪

Happy Thursday!! For the past 3 weeks I have been feeling a little fluffy (too many nights out 😬😬) so I decided to stay in this week, lower my carbs a lil, drink lots of water and push myself harder at the gym. I took this (blurry) pic this morning after a crazy sweaty back & tris day, feelin back to my strong and (kinda) lean self. Here’s what I did: 🔥🔥🔥

6️⃣ 3 x failure handstand push-ups (these are DEADLY)
 7️⃣ 3 x 10 push-ups 
8️⃣ 3 x 15 oblique pulls
9️⃣ 10 min level 10 stairmaster

CORE STRENGTH.
My current situation with training abs is sometimes difficult. Most train them because they want a toned stomach or a 6 pack?
For me it’s all about engaging the mid section which contributes to other heavy lifting. 
My calorie intake is so high at the moment that training them for “Look” would be pointless. I know my goal and it’s to see them slowly appear come next years shows!

My 'mental health' day off yesterday was 👌 (let's be real tho, it was just a few hours!😆) With kids, and activities, and a traveling husband, my biz, keeping up with workouts, and trying not to eat an entire container of the soft, bite-sized brownies from @target 's bakery for dinner 🤦🤦🤦.... My head gets a little messy. Sure I like pretty pictures on my IG feed like anyone else, but that is not usually real life. I want to own that, instead of ignore it. And sometimes your girl just has to check out and reset. I have learned this about myself.... That is my BEST practice for not falling too far off course. In health. In relationships. In business. In life. To just turn it ALL off for a while and allow myself to come back to center. The laundry, the dishes, the emails, the rest of the items on the to-do list... They're all still there today. The house did not implode. The kids are still happy. And most importantly, I feel better. Life shouldn't overhwlem you all the time. Recognize the overwhelm, and check out for a bit! It'll all be ok, Mama! Go ahead, enjoy that book or TV show. Have that indulgent meal. Enjoy that time to do nothing. And do it without the Mom guilt that often tries to tag along. Just know that you can't live there. You HAVE to come back up for air, and start anew. Ok?❤️❤️

7 days of @21dayfix workouts done over 10 days. I’m not following the workout schedule strictly as I’ve realised I can get obsessive and that I’ll go ‘all or nothing’ which is not healthy for me. I suffer from severe anxiety and battled clinical depression when I was younger so I’m at a stage in my life where it’s very important that I learn to be consistent and balanced. I’ve been tackling many obstacles, life lessons and stresses the last few months and it’s all slowly coming together meaning I’m living a happier and healthier life. Everyone is different and deals with anxiety differently but for me this slow and steady approach is really working. I’m lucky I’ve always been into healthy food so because I’ve snapped out of my bad head space I’m finding the 21 day fix nutrition plan really easy and enjoyable. That’s not to say I won’t slip up but if I do I’m not going to stress about it or go on a binge.....that’s my plan anyway and my goal - to not let one little slip or stress in life make me spiral into a horrible binge.

Really enjoying the workouts and excited to improve my fitness over the next 2-3 weeks while I finish the rest of the workouts. I’m also doing well with my beloved walking and trying not to get anxious about the winter arriving soon and cold miserable dog walks 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve lost just over 3lbs in 10 days and 2.6” so I’m extremely happy with that but also not letting the number on the scale define my happiness or progress......photos and measurements all the way as the scales don’t show the full picture.

It’s been only about a year and a half since I started seriously lifting, and I still got hellllla goals and progress ahead of me, but I am pretty pleased with the amount of muscle I’ve put on my lower body so far.  what’s worked for me!! •
🌱 focusing on eating nutritious foods! food is fuel. you can’t build muscle without eating enough, and you can’t feel good without eating healthily. treat yo body well!•
🌱 change up your workouts til you figure out what works! It’s taken me lots of trial and error to figure out what exercises and what routine gives me results. •
🌱 CONSISTENCY! Don’t forget that this shit takes time. Your body could be changing and you don’t even notice so - keep at it, make working out a habit, and take progress pics if it helps keep you motivated!
