I am absolutely making these balls this weekend...I've been doing a liver cleanse this week, which has been satisfying, yummy & not only calming for my gut, but for my mind too 🧠  The power of food never fails to surprise me🥦🥦🥦! So I'm going to prep some healthy snacks for when I re-introduce a wider variety of foods back in.

Here's the recipe, I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
👉1 cup Cashews
👉1/2 cup Pitted Dates
👉 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I love @thatprotein)
👉2 tbsps Maca Powder
👉3 tbsps Cacao Nibs (or you could use Goji berries)

Directions
1.Soak dates in hot water for about five minutes, then drain.
2.Put all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until the mixture combines into a ball.
3.Roll the mixture into balls, and enjoy!

Gluten free pancakes from soya milk, rice flour, pinch of salt and eggs. Inside is @ikea_cesko marmelade (raspberries - blueberries) and as topping I used hazelnut - choco topping with zero sugar from @bodylab. Yummy

Feeling very proud of myself. I have hEDS, MCAS, and celiac disease. Today I trekked 12km, 2000m up in the Nepalese mountains, with a streaming cold and after having been gluten’d last night. Che fare quando hai voglia di una torta ma non vuoi assumere troppi zuccheri inutili a colazione? Ne fai una senza zucchero, o meglio, con soli zuccheri naturali della frutta.
Gli ingredienti sono:
- 3 pere
- 1 caco maturo grande
- 10-11 datteri denocciolati
- 200 gr farina di riso
- 60gr farina di grano saraceno
- 100gr farina di tapioca
- 100ml circa di acqua
- 80ml di olio
- 1 limone piccolo
- Cannella
-Lievito naturale per dolci
Ieri sera ero lì che guardavo delle pere piuttosto mature ed ho iniziato a sbucciarle e tagliarle in una ciotola con il succo e la buccia di un limone. Così in modo molto automatico e ispirato😂 prendo anche un caco di quelli super morbidi, dei datteri e li frullo insieme e penso

Bisogna ottenere un composto piuttosto denso che poi, le pere e il loro succo, ammorbidiranno in cottura 😉 Quindi versare nello stampo e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 160° per 1 ora circa, questo dipende sempre dalla potenza del vostro forno 😄 Risultato finale? Una torta adatta ad una colazione sana, senza zucchero, senza glutine. Маршмеллоу нельзя назвать быстрым и простым лакомством. Многие не берутся его готовить, а ведь это один из самых доступных десертов без глютена, без молока и без яиц. Сегодня мы расскажем вам, как приготовить воздушные конфетки самым простым способом. 🍭

Вам потребуется:
🍬 13 г желатина
🍬 130 мл воды
🍬 250 г сахара
🍬 50 г инвертного сиропа
🍬 20 г ягодного пюре (если вы не используете ягодное пюре, то возьмите пищевые красители)
🍬 Сахарная пудра или кукурузный крахмал для обваливания
⠀
1. Желатин залить половиной воды и дать набухнуть.
2. В кастрюле смешать оставшуюся воду, инвертный сироп и сахар, довести до кипения и варить на медленном огне еще 5 минут.
3. Желатин начните взбивать миксером, постепенно тонкой струйкой вливайте горячий сироп. Взбивайте еще 10 минут на больших оборотах.
4. В конце добавьте фруктовое пюре (или пищевой краситель) и взбивайте еще 1-2 минуты.
5. Массу переложить в форму или отсадить при помощи кондитерского мешка, убрать в холодильник на 5-8 часов.
6. Охлажденное маршмеллоу нарезать на кусочки, обвалять в сахарной пудре или кукурузном крахмале. Хранить в контейнере в холодильнике.

Sebenarnya kue ini bernama Muffin Yogurt Keju. Karena tempat muffinnya cuma ada sedikit, jadi saya pakai loyang besar. Jadilah Cake Yogurt Keju. 
Cake ini di bawah ekspektasi. Cakenya bantat, teksturnya agak padat. Saat mencicipi cake ini, seperti makan brownies rasa yogurt keju. 
Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kue menjadi bantat. Penggunaan tepung gluten free menjadi salah satu penyebabnya. Seperti yang dikutip dalam Wikipedia.org, gluten dapat membuat adonan menjadi kenyal dan mengembang, karena bersifat kedap udara. Jadi penggunaan tepung bebas gluten seperti tepung mocaf, adonan cenderung lebih sulit untuk mengembang. 
Selain itu, melelehkan mentega dengan api yang terlalu besar atau sampai mentega mendidih, juga membuat cake tidak bisa mengembang dengan sempurna. Dan saya melakukan kesalahan tersebut. Saya melakukannya lantaran ingin menetega cepat meleleh. Saya pikir sama saja, pakai api besar maupun kecil, sampai mendidih, atau tidak. Ternyata sangat memengaruhi cake. 
Seharusnya melelehkan mentega dengan api kecil saja, dalam waktu sebentar. Asal cair saja, langsung angkat dari api, mentega akan meleleh seluruhnya. 
Meski tidak mengembang dengan sempurna, namun rasa cake ini enak sekali. Kombinasi yogurt dan keju sangat pas di mulut. Jadi sayang untuk dilewatkan resepnya. Saya akan tulis resep aslinya di bawah. 
Muffin Yogurt Keju (Gluten Free) 
Resep: @nina2kurnia 
Bahan-bahan :
Bahan A
250 gr tepung mocaf
27 gr susu bubuk full cream 
1/2 sdt baking powder 
1 sdt garam (saya pakai sejumput) 
180 gr Keju chedar parut, sisakan untuk topping. 
Bahan B
3 butir telur ukuran sedang
60 gr minyak
60 gr mentega, lelehkan
150 gr gula pasir (saya pakai 120 gr) 
1 sdt Vanila bubuk 
200 gr yogurt plain 
Cara membuat:
1. Campur bahan A dalam 1 mangkok, dan bahan B dalam wadah lain. 
2. Masukkan bahan B ke dalam bahan A. Aduk dengan whisk secukupnya. Jangan over mix. 
3. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan muffin (3/4 cetakan saja) lalu taburi keju parut 
4. Panggang selama 25-30 menit di suhu 180-190 derajat celcius dengan api atas bawah.

Ce matin je m'attaque à du lourd : les pancakes de la belle @sarahfox_food !
J'ai suivi une de ses recettes avec farine de sarrasin et porridge @turtlecereals !
On s'est régalé c'est une super recette à retrouver sur son insta !
Elle conseille de mettre un yaourt au fruit dedans j'ai donc mis un yaourt vegetal à la fraise qui a donné beaucoup de goût aux pancakes.  Je les ai donc mangés  sans sirop d'érable pour une fois 🤣

Listen up fam, it's igi again... People talked a lot about mental health in the last weeks. If you want to do something good for your mental health, do this. Jump into the cold sea like I did today in monopoly. Cold water feels amazing.

By the way we had 24 degrees today in monopoly Italia. Life could definitely be worse.

But back to the topic. Cold showers or cold water is just a tool. Something to ease the symptoms, like meds and drugs do. But obviously without the side effects, so don't get me wrong definitely a good thing to do. But it will not heal the problems.

So I decided to give you my perspective on the topic in the next few posts, starting with this one. Cuz I think the posts I read so far are a bit misleading. So stay tuned for it guys!
