Starting out with your health and fitness plan

Here's some basic tips -

Remove processed high calorie foods 
Eat 3-5 meals per day -

These meals should have - 
Lean protein source
Veggies 
Healthy fats ( aim for 1 thumb females and 2 for a male as a go to guide to start with ) 
Eat starch carbs around your exercise 
Stay hydrated - aim for 5 clear urines per day as a go to guide

Monitor any negative reactions to foods you eat 
Prepare meals ahead ( get up earlier or prepare the night before ) 
Keep a food and training journal 
Get consistent 7-9 hours sleep per night 
Try control stress and overwhelm

Take progress pics , measurements and weight 
Get an accountability partner 
Tell close family and friends your plan so they understand. 
Stay consistent with exercise and nutrition. 
Believe in yourself.
