Last night at 11:30pm I found myself in the car on the way to the ER for an exciting episode “what’s wrong with Cameron?” After feeling faint and chilly with muscle soreness, I knew it was time for immediate medical care and I was rung in with a sexy hot temp of 101.2 degrees. After some tests, the results were in and homegirl has a nice case of mono! So swipe to see a hilarious picture of me chillin in the hospital. 
This is going to be so challenging for me. Not because being sick sucks (but it does) just because it’s going to mean a break from lifting. And the gym is my happy place. To step away from it is sad and I’m worried but I know that my overall safety is so much more important. Hoping these next weeks pass without incident but it’s time to make sure my overall health comes first. .

Slay your Saturday workout with a BOOTY BURNING leg day 💪🏼🔥

Activating the booty has been the No.1 priority lately, so you bet I also done some glute activation before this workout. So make sure you are making some time before your gym workout and waking those glutes up too! .
Also take your time with compound lifts, keep in mind ‘mind to muscle’ and add some pulses or pauses in to some of your exercises for that hellaaaaaa booty burn 🔥! GROWING THE PEACH 🍑

Ne jamais rester sur ses acquis. 
Je trouve que beaucoup de personnes restent dans leur confort et n'essaie pas de pousser leur corps er leur mental a fond. Il faut toujours tester de nouvelles choses se donner a fond recommencer si ça ne passe pas la 1ere fois jusqu'a y arriver. La je voulais tester les muscle up prise supination perso c'est la 1er fois que je le fais et ça se voit lol. Je vais bosser ça jusqu'a le maitriser totalement. J'ai enchaîné avec un front back front. Tout ca pour dire que parfois tester de nouvelle choses nous fais prendre conscience de certaines lacunes qu'on peut avoir 😉. .

After the late baseball game last night the goal is to stay cool and hydrated in this heat🔥🔥🔥 •

Idag gick jag och blev 21 år 🎉🎉🎂 Födelsedagspasset är precis avklarat och det blev ett riktigt bra ryggpass. Kände mig så stark idag och fick till en del nya pbn, bland annat på hantelrodden där jag prövade 23 kilos hantlarna för första gången. Måste vart min födelsedags frukost eller något som gjorde det här, ägg, bacon och nutella är bra saker det 🥓🍳😜

Smashed some shoulders and bicep finishers to try and get the pump. Early morning workout selfies on only breakfast mean I look flat as a pancake 🥞 😂. One of the biggest misconceptions in bodybuilding is “cutting rep ranges” or “bulking rep ranges”. There is no such thing as a cutting or a bulking rep range. Cutting = Caloric deficit, Bulking = Caloric surplus. Period. 
Rep ranges can only determine what your goal is, whether it’s strength or hypertrophy. When you’re on a cut, your aim should be to maintain your muscle mass, so strength training should be your way to go; that creates a miofibrillar response (dense muscles). Going for a high rep range when you’re on a cut means that you’re just burning more calories and aiming for a sarcoplasmic response, which won’t happen if you’re on a caloric deficit.
When you’re on a bulk however, you should be within a high rep range to get the most out of your bulk (sarcoplasmic response). Again, it’s not the rep range that determines if you’re cutting or not, it’s your total caloric intake. Same thing goes for “muscle toning”. There is no such thing that is directly linked to muscle toning; it’s a myth. What you need to do is build a solid base and start cutting from there.

Mi desayuno de ayer fue éste! Las tostadas siempre han sido mi desayuno favorito, pero como no puedo comer gluten ahora, no las tomo como algo habitual ya que el pan sin gluten comercial suele llevar mil ingredientes que no me gustan nada. Para vosotros, ya sabéis: pan integral siempre (mínimo 70-80% de harina integral) y sin azúcares ni cosas raras. Mi favorito era el de centeno 😋
