"Eating healthy while traveling is very hard but I am getting better. I try to cut out carbs and fried foods while away. As an event planner, I am always running around and retain a lot of water. If I eat healthier, I am able to work the long hours! The thing I miss the most when traveling is cooking. Cooking is my relaxing hobby. I am not able to do it when away, so What are some ways you are able to relax when away? — I made spinach @eatbanza chickpea pasta for lunch 😋 for the spinach, defrost spinach in some olive oil, then sauté with garlic, onion, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Once all done, splash with some heavy cream. One of the benefits of group training are that it accommodates both beginners, and also more advanced individuals as well. EVERYONE gets a workout! @tannerkyle and I burned around 1200 calories that session so it’s so worth it!

Let’s be real.. resisting being your natural self takes a lottt of energy. Hiding, conforming, all those fronts we put up.. exhausting. And being yourself can be seriously scary, but it’s soOoOoo worth

I’ve found I am becoming more & more myself by honouring all I am, what I want, & my intuition. Plus not caring so much about what others think of me or my life decisions! I’m finding the freedom I’ve been craving 🧚🏼‍♀️

Being myself means a lot of things to me. It means freedom, room to grow, stepping into my higher self, standing up, speaking my truth, putting myself out there, feeling all my feels, living my best life, optimally serving others, alignment, surrendering, love.. so much. It also means take it or leave it 😉

When you are truly yourself, the world around you adjusts! You create more space for right opportunities, things, & people to find you 🙌🏼

My first bodybuilding show and took home 1st place in my category and 2nd overall 💪🏽
After all the blood, sweat and sacrifice over the last 4 months I wanted nothing more than to stuff my face into a food coma! But fortunately enough for me the jobs not finished yet... now onto the #ifbb pro league nationals in Melbourne this weekend 👊🏼
