The past month or so I have been trying to fuel my body, both in preparation for my Half Marathon training (and the race itself), and so that I can transition out of run training to taking classes and prepping for not so amazing outdoor run weather/season.
Fad diets and 6-12 week patterns of being restrictive have only ever worked against me in the past and this time I think I *finally* am in the right headspace to be healthy, not thin, not skinny: to make the lifestyle natural, not all-encompassing, stressful, and restrictive.
I want to feel strong, versatile, and like a bada$$ with a good 🍑.

Whole wheat pasta
Tofu
Pre-seasoned frozen veggie mix

I took round about 100g of everything

I pressed my tofu a few days before marinading it in soy sauce, smoked paprika powder, salt and pepper, then I just fried it 
Cook the pasta as the package says
Cook the veggies as the package says
Combine everything and you're done!

Because of the whole wheat, tofu and peas it's full of protein!

French onion homemade soup is delicious, quick and easy to make... 😍
here’s my recipe 💫
• 1 onion
• 1 potato
• 1 tsp dairy free butter or olive oil • 1 pint vegetable stock • dairy free milk
• white wine
Peel, chop and part fry onion and potato in butter or oil. Add vegetable stock, simmer until potato is soft (around 15 mins) then add a little milk to make a creamy colour. Next add a splash of white wine. Blend together using a blender and enjoy. I added some black pepper and croutons and parsley to garnish. 😉 .

Todos queremos relucir esos deseados abdominales. Pero, ¿cómo? A pesar de lo que se piensa, hacer 1000 crunch u otra gran cantidad de ejercicios de dicha zona muscular no hará que salgan a relucir. En realidad, todos tenemos abdominales. Simplemente están cubiertos por una capa de grasa. Si quieres que sean visibles, asegúrate de estar en un déficit calórico y eliminar toda esa grasa que los cubre. Es un proceso lento, pero cuanto menor % de grasa corporal tengas, tus abdominales serán más visibles.

Cinnamon Sugar Eggless Breakfast Waffles

I'm not vegan nor vegetarian but I have issues with eggs in baked food. Whenever a cake or something involving eggs is baked, I get a really strong eggy smell that puts me off.  I tried adding venigar, lemon zest and juice ...but it stayed an issue . 😂 there is a breakfast cafe  close to my place in Montreal that wakes me up every day at 5am. Thanks to  that egg smell coming out of their bakings...😂...
So I usually peruse the web to find egg-free recipies. I found many  alternatives for eggs  in baking .... like flax egg, chia seeds , apple sauce , mashed banana..... etc. And yes I'm really happy with the outcome .....
Yesterday I made those breakfast waffles based on @prettybeeblog . These waffles are comforting ... fluffy, light and bursting with flavors.
** I doubled the batch to stock  up some in the  freezer,  I can pop them into the toaster or oven and  have them warm and fresh any morning **Recipe and alternatives are in the highlights.
