Barbell shoulder pressing 60KG with my little t-rex arms 💪  managed 5 sets of 8 which was more than what I was expecting tonight!😊 I definitely believe that clean and press has improved my strength drastically on these over the last few weeks!

30 days of conditioning 
14th August to 14th October to drop to 16% bf - ACHIEVED 
Now the next 30 days just to focus on conditioning and improving weak points. 
Weapons of choice: 
1) Intermittent Fasting - 1 to 9 window 
2) Resistance training followed by steady state cardio (30-45 mins) 
3) HIT, Circuits, Dropsets and Supersets 
4) Metabolic boosters (Green Tea, Coffee, Lime Water) 
5) Calorie Deficit - 1500 to 2000 (achieved by workouts and planned eating (NOT STARVING MYSELF) 
6) Macros - 206g protein and 100g to 150g carbs to maintain as much muscle mass as possible and manageable levels of insulin. 
I will be going out to eat (a few times) and having a drink once in a while (I love a good Bellini), but everything in moderation and planned for. Can’t live like a rabbit - Fuck that 🥒🥦🐇 For the next 30 days I will be sharing my workouts, meals and any supplements I take on the way. Struggles and wins. 
If I cheat or miss workouts that will be put up on here so I can take accountability. 
The final phase in a 4 year journey. 
After the 30 days, just maintain and shift my focus to more important things in life.

This is a hybrid between a KB Offset Squat and Deficit Squat. The top rack is an 18kg and the bottom is 24kg. This hit my whole lower body and my hips felts great. Definitely a new favorite I’m going to challenge myself with. •

El sobreentrenamiento es una forma de exhaustación crónica y sistemática, más allá de la simple fatiga. Descansar unos cuantos días no aliviara el sobreentrenamiento. The real struggle women face everyday is how we see ourselves. No matter how many times someone tells you that you’re beautiful you’re not going to believe it unless you feel it yourself.  You get one negative comment or someone’s opinion isn’t what you wanted to hear and you’re questioning you’re self and your beauty.  Stop doing that to yourself! Why let what others think of you control your confidence! Wear what you want, what makes you feel confident. Wear a crap ton of makeup or don’t. Do your hair, do your nails. Filter and doctor your pictures of that’s what it takes to make you feel good. 🖕🏻 all the negative Nancy’s and judgy mcjudgersons. They’re miserable AF anyway or they wouldn’t care about what you’re doing! And all the negative Nancy’s and judge-mental assholes, maybe instead of worrying what others do, say it wear, you should look in the mirror and ask yourself why it matters to you. ✌🏻

My piece of advice to making this phase a little better.. identify what is more important & focus on the long term. By doing this it puts things in perspective. “Is this going to help me long term?” If no, then try do the things that will. This isn’t a quick process, it will be frustrating at times but believe me being consistent is worth it.. take each day as it comes setting yourself mini goals throughout the week to slowly achieve the bigger picture🙌🏽

A lot of people don't know exactly what to eat when trying to burn fat - how much of what food and why. I will break it down stupid simple.
•
All your meals should be based around a quality source of protein. By this I mean complete protein. Animal proteins are all complete protein. The only plant based protein that is a complete protein is tofu. But even then, tofu doesn't have high enough leucine. To any vegans reading this, tofu if good, but supplementing with leucine or BCAAs is even better.
•
Starchy carbs are important because you need them to fuel your workouts. Don't run away from them, they won't make you fat. As long as you are in a caloric deficit, nothing will. They should make up about 25% of your meal.
•
That's around 75% done! The remaining part of your meal should be fibers carbs and/or veggies. Fiber is needed to reduce cholesterol levels and the risk of type 2 diabetes. It also improves your insulin sensitivity.
•
Only time you should have fats are for breakfast. Your breakfast should almost always be a high protein/high fat meal with no carbs (or as close as you can get to no carbs). Your body is already in a fat burning state when you wake up so why not keep it going?😁 Having carbs will interrupt that state.

If you are struggling with burning fat, then you should be honest with yourself about what you are putting inside your body. Whatever you put in your body will determine how to look and feel. So if you're putting junk inside your body all week, your body will reflect that. If you putting healthy food inside your body all week, your body will reflect that too.

If you're younger your body will get away with it to a certain point. But when you get older, your metabolism is less forgiving. So it is important to start dialing down your nutrition properly. Like using it as a way to fuel your body so that your training doesn't suffer. The way to do that is eating natural foods and lots of protein. Your body knows what to do with natural food and will immediately make use of it.
