Je serais curieuse de lire vos avis là dessus : 3 objectifs de vie.

Je veux dire que ca doit vraiment être un truc qui vous tient à cœur et que vous souhaitez réussir .
.
Pour moi je dirais :
🍃 toujours rester proche et soudée avec ma famille, qui compte plus que tout pour moi.
.
🍃 relever les défis de ma vie professionnelle et ne jamais tomber dans une routine. Et on sait qu’à Paris ça peut être rapidement le cas (métro, planning, habitudes) .
Je voudrais réussir à insufler quelque chose d’original et différent dans ce que je partage avec mon enseignement.
.
🍃 pouvoir m’emerveiller de la beauté du monde. Voyager à l’infini !
.
En bref, mettez moi dans un avion avec mes proches, direction un pays trop cool et on y fera tous du Yoga stylé 😂.

I took this photo in my osteopaths art studio, he is one of the kindest men I’ve ever known. 
The studio burnt down, and all of his sculpture and art work with it, he was devastated, but said he would just build something new in its place.

Yoga has taught me at least two things; people are capable of magnificence, especially in the face of resistance and that permanence isn’t reality.

Things that are in motion tend to stay in motion. Boredom is the mother of all disasters - life is more fun when you are in movement. We agreed to movement at the very beginning which always helps us look to the future. We travel and see the world and we tend to move around a lot. Some say we need a base, but for us home is where we are, together, in motion.

I'm slowly getting back into my routine. Going to school (Swedish language course), exercise in the mornings, yoga in the evenings, and recently I've spent a couple of weeks applying to universities for master programmes. I'm officially done with that and I'm happy not to have to think about it anymore.

But what I'm most exited about, is that in January I'm gonna go to India to do my YTT in Kerala! I can't wait!

Flexibility is a wonderful thing to have in the body but it does not mean being able to do the splits  #hanumanasana. It can be the ability to enjoy doing what you love day to day without feeling restriction from your body or pain. Increasing your flexibility can increase your range of motion, your balance and posture and prevent injuries. 
A great reason to give yoga a try if you haven’t already! Or go back to class again if it’s been a while! #yogabenefits #strechitout .

I still remember one day my friend told me she went to a workshop and everyone did 20 times of Wheel Pose, ending up everyone was crying as their Anahata (Heart) Chakra is opened. .
I have the same feeling sometimes when I practice backbend.

I believe Yoga is an inward journey, everyone has unique feeling and emotion.

Not being able to touch your toes in a forward fold doesn’t make you bad at yoga, me being able to almost touch my elbows in a forward fold doesn’t make me good at yoga - all it means is that you might have tighter hamstrings than me! Yoga is not measured by our physical flexibility or our physical strength, because there is no such thing as being good or bad at yoga. Yoga is a practice, it’s a daily ritual. So show up on your mat, show compassion and kindness towards others and especially towards yourself, breathe – that is yoga.

Just a little obliques workout using my @feetup 🤣🤣 I’m playing around with the trainer and trying  to find different ways I can use this little prop in my practice so that it is useful for me. Given that I don’t actually need a prop when it comes to my headstand practice, I’ve decided to see whether I can use it to get stronger and more flexible! So far I found it very useful for deep stretches, whilst also managing to have a bit of fun in the process! I don’t see myself using it everyday but rather when I have a bit more time on my mat 👍🏻😊it’s good to keep your practice playful, and this definitely is great for a bit of play!
