Ive been doing this for 6 years And in these 6 years I have had many ups and downs. I’ve had to face a lot of very difficult obstacles some physically but most mentally. Through these years I’ve been hard on myself. I always want to strive for greatness and I always strive to become better and better each and everyday. But that’s just it. Ok so some of you guys know this but I have depression and on top of that I’m still a little anti social it’s not as bad as It used to be but me being anti social and having depression it really stops my progress often. Having a mindset like mines is very difficult and most don’t understand so usually they’ll judge. Now that being said this dream this passion that I have for bodybuilding saved me from doing many terrible things and always keeps me focused on the right path.

Finally it felt so good to get in a workout after 5 days been itching to work out. 〽️〽️〽️So basically for my entire life I’ve always hid my stomach. I wore a “tankini” until they were uncool (lol) and tried not to wear a bikini in public. I always thought my birthmarks would freak people out and my chub was way toooooo unappealing. 🤦🏽‍♀️ 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
〽️〽️〽️As I continued to participate in various athletics, I began to understand how important it is to train different parts of your body and how important nutrition and your diet is! I always thought if I worked out and stayed under calories I could eat what ever I wanted... oh boy... did I learn the hard way. 🤷🏽‍♀️ .
〽️〽️〽️These pictures are from today, the END of the day. I’m extremely proud of these pictures because I have worked hard at the gym and in the kitchen, choosing how to fuel and train my body to meet certain goals. I’m not stopping here! 
My summer goals: tone my back, tone my arms, tighten my core during all my workouts b/c I hate an training & more! 〽️〽️〽️It is important to remember that our body fluctuates throughout the day and it is possible to gain or lose ~3 pounds in a day and bloat!!! It’s up to you to decide what you’re fueling yourself with, how your responding to how you feel, and how your treating your body. Keep your goals high because YOU are your only competitor and BELIEVE in yourself... that is the only way you will reach them. ❤️ -

Alright so I actually did this workout yesterday, but I logged it today. Shoulders still kill, so I don't push to failure on shoulder exercises. This is a bit of a rough situation, but I'll just focus more on recovery & keep moving forward.
