What's my workout schedule look like? 🤔I get asked this question quite a lot... what workouts do you do😣... 💜how many day's a week do you exercise.... do you just do pilates?🤐 For me personally i love mixing things 🤡up with my training and I'm always on the go 🏃‍♀️so i need to be flexible with what i do whilst getting a workout for me. 🙋‍♀️So no i don't just do pilates....

Deadlifts felt great yesterday, the wider stance seems to have fixed some of the issues I was having, now I feel stronger off the floor and have an easier time pushing my hips through, bring on Dec!!! This was final set of of triples at around 90% (520lbs)

When you've been peaking your main lifts, why not hit a PB on your chin up's? Making use of peak week to its fullest 🙃  Honestly I was hoping to squeeze those 5 reps out, unfortunately didn't quite get there. 4 and 1/2 rep - not sure if I can count that 🤷🏼‍♀️ But 4 is the most I have been ever able to do with an added 20kg (44 lbs) plate on top of my bodyweight. For those of you that will wanna know, it's sitting around 64-65kg mark (140-143 lbs) at the moment, depending on my level of bloating which is another story 😉🙄 I know sometimes your goal of doing unassisted bodyweight chin ups can seem so far away and unachievable, but trust me, keep at it! Keep doing them, integrate variations and don't give up! If you keep putting the work in consistently day will come and you'll pull youself up! 💕

I’ve been super focused on perfecting my squats recently, and if I am honest I am pretty happy with how they are going now. One of the biggest things I have been working on is my foot pressure and maintaining even foot pressure in heels and toes; or “cupping the floor” with my feet if you will. Just this little adjustment has made a world of difference and has led me back to being 1000x more confident under the bar again.

Second week of prep is progressing along nicely, I feel like I have finally learned how to bench! Still a little tweaking to do but I'm able to stay tight and the weights are feeling lighter and lighter, shown are in final set of 315x3 followed by 2 overload sets with the #slingshot 375x3 405x2.5

If it weren’t for knee niggles from over training who knows where I would be fitness wise today. Back then I was aiming for a 1/2 Marathon and then most likely a full. Now I am aiming for 100kg Bench and one day (hopefully soon) a 400kg plus total.
It’s funny how little set backs can completely redirect your future.

This was huge for me! Light pull on my glute deadlifting last week has meant a couple of days off and some massage!

First set (video 2) I really shifts to my right legs where as the second set (video 1) was a lot more even! 
This is 12.5kg above my last comp squat and a 7.5kg PR after last week!

Squats 185kg 2x1 This was huge for me! Light pull on my glute deadlifting last week has meant a couple of days off and some massage! First set (video 2) I really shifts to my right legs where as the second set (video 1) was a lot more even! This is 12.5kg above my last comp squat and a 7.5kg PR after last week! #squats .. last night in laochbatbell. I've only ever done one 115kg squat and it was in prep for nationals in February and i failed it on the platform, last night i took it for a double that felt fairly steady (don't mind the skanky leg , I'm working on it) be great to finally hit my goals on the platform.. head down and work hard for the next month.. thanks to Monday crew for support and atmosphere @eamonnstrong @its_the_ab @odonoghueciaran @amysherin3003 @aaronhayes20 @xlaurax23 @eddieesmall

What a fun morning yesterday was! We hosted the Barbells for Boobies bench press competition at our Leander studio yesterday. Syukur kepada Allah harini jadi johan untuk Strongman negeri 9.Game harini memang minta nyawa.Pecah jantung dan muntah nak 6x🤣.2 rutin kene tinggal sebab shouder masih injured (kita kasi langgar).
