Muscle growth occurs as a result of repairing and overcompensating damaged muscle fibers and as a result forming new myofibrils. The repaired myofibrils increase in thickness and number in order to create muscle growth. 
Generally the human body breaks down and rebuilds the muscles every 15 to 30 days, but when you are lifting weights, you speed up that process. Your body rebuilds the damaged muscles in the first 24 to 36 hours after your workout and continues at an increased rate for as much as 72 hours. .

Ricorda: 
Uno dei buoni consigli di defaticamento può essere quello di usare un rialzo saldo come può essere una panchina se ci si trova all’aperto o il bordo di un divano o di una sedia se ci si trova in casa.

Ci posizioniamo di fronte al nostro rialzo e vi poggiamo la pianta del piede in modo che il ginocchio di quella gamba sia piegato e in alto. Con il piede d’appoggio ben saldo a terra e l’altra gamba tesa all’indietro muovere il bacino in avanti in modo da percepire una tensione all’inguine e all’interno della coscia.

Le mani siano posizionate sui fianchi o salde su qualche punto d’appoggio per rimanere in equilibrio.

Sempre attenzione #arcadierz per i principianti si consigliano 2 serie da 20 secondi per ogni gamba, mentre 4 serie da 40 secondi per ogni gamba per un defaticamento muscolare evoluto.

Adesso serve solo una buona cena equilibrata e tanto riposo

2 trophies in my first 2 weeks of competing. Won my first show just last week abroad to then coming 2nd in the PCA British finals in the pic above out of a 42 strong finalist line up and being the second best bodybuilder in the UK in my category just a week later.

Deciding to compete was a last minute decision hence doing the last PCA qualifier of the year, all in all I’m extremely pleased with what I’ve achieved in such a short space of time. I want to thank my coach @kriskross_coaching his eye for detail is outstanding. The transformation from Jersey to the finals was crazy. I also want to thank his wife @_viola_wiola for the tan👌. Going forward, after the feedback I’ve had from the people that you want feedback from, I now know I have a future in this sport. The judges feedback was I’m symmetrically complete but I need to improve my posing (as you can see in the picture above it’s not great). And that’s what cost me in the finals because as you can see it wasn’t my condition or physique. So that will be my priority. 
The levels next year with a full 20 week prep will be something else. Anyway prepare for an epic off season transformation. Tone your shoulders and arms with bench presses. ⭐️⭐️but be sure to do a few things to remove the risk of injury;
1️⃣tuck your elbows in to 45 degrees, 
2️⃣ puff out your chest and pinch your shoulders back and together
3️⃣have small arch in your back, nothing excessive and uncomfortable though

Wow today is a special day it’s one year today that I’ve started this weight loss journey it’s crazy I’ve made it this far I want to thank some people for their support 
First is @fitwhittit and @planetfitness for getting me started and helping me lose my first 50 to 60 pounds hunter is an amazing personal trainer and the kindest person I know he’s friends to all thank you for all your help since I’ve started and thank you for teaching the 30 minute classes at planet I know a lot of people shit on planet fitness but it’s an amazing place if you have anxiety and need a smaller environment and don’t know how to start 
And second @stxrgxzing_ thank you Jada for going in with me when no one can and taking the videos of me and pictures means a lot and your support also
Third is @itsalwaysbeenme_gabs I didn’t like how the first response was lol thought it was awkward but thank you for your support means the world to me I appreciate all the kind words of encouragement 🙏🏽♥️
