I'm slowly getting back into my routine. Going to school (Swedish language course), exercise in the mornings, yoga in the evenings, and recently I've spent a couple of weeks applying to universities for master programmes. I'm officially done with that and I'm happy not to have to think about it anymore.

But what I'm most exited about, is that in January I'm gonna go to India to do my YTT in Kerala! I can't wait!

ХАТХА-ЙОГА🧘🏼‍♀️ ⠀ Слово хатха составлено из двух санскритских корней, "ха" и "тха". "Ха" означает солнце, "тха" - луна. Они символизируют две силы, присутствующие в каждом существе: сознание (читта) и жизненность (прана) ☀️🌙 ⠀ Луна символизирует энергию читты, а праническая сила подобна той, что исходит от активного, динамического солнца. Одна интровертна, другая экстравертна 💫 ⠀ Именно практика хатха-йоги позволяет сгармонизировать колебания от одной силы к другой, обеспечивая их единство. Ведь йога означает единение, связь, гармония ☯️ ⠀ Хатха - Йога - это процесс, посредством которого происходит очищение тела и обретение контроля над ним за счёт реструктуризации пранических (энергетических) потоков ⬆️ ⠀ Кроме того, занимающиеся йогой обнаружили, что при усилении контроля над телом посредством асаны обретается также контроль над умом. Поэтому практика асаны - самая важная часть Хатха-Йоги. А далее можно уже углубляться 🌑 ⠀ Когда вы практикуете асану, развивается устойчивость, стабильность. Прана (энергия) движется свободно, и существует меньше возможностей для возникновения болезней 😊 ⠀ Когда прана течёт свободно, тело становится более податливым и гибким. Жесткость тела обусловлена блокировками и накоплением токсинов. ⠀ Когда ресурс праны растёт, тело во время практики Йоги начинает двигаться само по себе. Вы обнаружите, что выполняете позы, которые раньше вам не давались. Why choose PRENATAL Yoga over REGULAR Yoga?

Flexibility is a wonderful thing to have in the body but it does not mean being able to do the splits  #hanumanasana. It can be the ability to enjoy doing what you love day to day without feeling restriction from your body or pain. Increasing your flexibility can increase your range of motion, your balance and posture and prevent injuries. 
A great reason to give yoga a try if you haven’t already! Or go back to class again if it’s been a while! #yogabenefits #strechitout .

Как я "это" делаю🙂 Без утомления искушенной публики стремлением простоять подольше)) _ Бесконечная благодарность внутри ко всем тем людям, которые мне преподавали когда-либо йогу, даже разовые занятия❤️И к жизни🙂 Но и я всегда хотела этого. Йога - как частность. _ Первые три месяца я ненавидела свои занятия. И ничего не ожидала от них. Когда ты знаешь, как могут профи, то свои личные достижения кажутся маленькой капелькой в океане их способностей. Мне очень много над чем есть работать. Minden órám előtt megtisztítom gondosan a hangtálamat, hogy csak tiszta pozitív energiákat mozgasson a relaxon. Így tettem tegnap is,  és közben 3 mondatot kezdtem kántálni magamban.

It’s been exactly 1 year since @drunkyoga went viral. I’m still pinching myself. I’ve been working tirelessly for years trying to figure out a way to combine performance and yoga in a way that truly makes people feel joyful and empowered. Who knew all I needed to do was add a little wine? (@refinery29 + @nypost + @popsugarfitness + @greatist + @60secdocs + @elitedaily + @thisisinsider all did!) When it happened I was busy preparing to move to Bali for the winter and working to sell out my yoga retreat. I had to quickly turn a class into a company, hire new teachers, and do my very best not to let the opportunity slip through my fingers. 
I spent many months stressed, working hard to capitalize on this wave of press, listening to others tell me, “You better hurry up before someone steals your idea...” and/or, “it’s probably just a fad...don’t get your hopes up.” But here I am one year later, with a trademarked business, a team of staff and teachers working for my company, wine sponsors and investors knocking on my door, a clearly defined mission with new class offerings galore, plus consistently sold out classes and year-long corporate contracts up the pipeline. Also a book deal and a merchandise business, which is surreal. 
If I could give any advice to my one-year-ago self, it would be, “Keep going. It will get easier. Don’t stress. One day at a time. Thanks for your dedication, etc...” And interestingly, this is exactly the advice I’d give my present and future self. 
At the end of the day, my friends, social media fame aside, your life is yours to live, and your happiness is your responsibility and yours alone. It’s been exactly 1 year since @drunkyoga went viral. I’m still pinching myself. I’ve been working tirelessly for years trying to figure out a way to combine performance and yoga in a way that truly makes people feel joyful and empowered. Who knew all I needed to do was add a little wine? (@refinery29 + @nypost + @popsugarfitness + @greatist + @60secdocs + @elitedaily + @thisisinsider all did!) When it happened I was busy preparing to move to Bali for the winter and working to sell out my yoga retreat. I had to quickly turn a class into a company, hire new teachers, and do my very best not to let the opportunity slip through my fingers. I spent many months stressed, working hard to capitalize on this wave of press, listening to others tell me, “You better hurry up before someone steals your idea...” and/or, “it’s probably just a fad...don’t get your hopes up.” But here I am one year later, with a trademarked business, a team of staff and teachers working for my company, wine sponsors and investors knocking on my door, a clearly defined mission with new class offerings galore, plus consistently sold out classes and year-long corporate contracts up the pipeline. Also a book deal and a merchandise business, which is surreal. If I could give any advice to my one-year-ago self, it would be, “Keep going. It will get easier. Don’t stress. One day at a time. Thanks for your dedication, etc...” And interestingly, this is exactly the advice I’d give my present and future self. At the end of the day, my friends, social media fame aside, your life is yours to live, and your happiness is your responsibility and yours alone. Today, take a few moments to open the shoulders, the heart and the chest, take a deep breath and allow yourself to receive. The action of just opening where we usually are closed off and protected is so powerful. 🧡 Can you tell I taught a heart opening class this morning? 😊

Not being able to touch your toes in a forward fold doesn’t make you bad at yoga, me being able to almost touch my elbows in a forward fold doesn’t make me good at yoga - all it means is that you might have tighter hamstrings than me! Yoga is not measured by our physical flexibility or our physical strength, because there is no such thing as being good or bad at yoga. Yoga is a practice, it’s a daily ritual. So show up on your mat, show compassion and kindness towards others and especially towards yourself, breathe – that is yoga.

Two variations of a puppy pose, both open up the shoulders and chest, and help with the spine’s flexibility. One is a passive pose and the second one is an active pose. Neither is better than the other. Don’t focus on how advance your poses are in your practice but rather how they feel. Focus on being able to breathe in the pose and listen to your body, it’s your greatest teacher. I love both of these variations, but to be honest with you I do the first one way more often than the second one! What’s your favourite puppy pose? One of my favourite things about yoga is when flexibility, strength and balance work together, and when they are balanced with a soft breath to find harmony and a peaceful state of mind - finding wholeness.

Breath by breath, pose by pose you commit to your practice. You all inspire me, and I love this platform for allowing me to share and see so many of your journeys 😍✨

Just a little obliques workout using my @feetup 🤣🤣 I’m playing around with the trainer and trying  to find different ways I can use this little prop in my practice so that it is useful for me. Given that I don’t actually need a prop when it comes to my headstand practice, I’ve decided to see whether I can use it to get stronger and more flexible! So far I found it very useful for deep stretches, whilst also managing to have a bit of fun in the process! I don’t see myself using it everyday but rather when I have a bit more time on my mat 👍🏻😊it’s good to keep your practice playful, and this definitely is great for a bit of play!
