Assisted pontoon with a block & a twist. By bending and holding your opposite foot (under your outstretched leg), you add a quad & hip flexor stretch. I love this pose. I start in pontoon (block under your sacrum) then move to each side for 3 minutes. A nine minute back opener plus the added benefit to your quads & hip flexors.
