My inversion journey started with headstands but my addiction to it started in India when I saw first hand the pincha balances from my new friends and amazing instructors 😍✨ I practiced it at least one time probably close to everyday since that unforgettable time in India 🙏 you really do have to put the time in to something if you want to see results~ 그리고 핀차 아사나덕분에 요가를 더 사랑하게됏어요 ❤ I am just so amazed at how far I've come since then~ I mean look at all these transitions in pincha ㅎㅎand in real time😎 but forever working on that stability 💪.

Adding a variety of dynamic variations can make sure to activate other shoulder muscles such as lower traps, middle traps, and serratus anterior that help improve scapular stability and PREVENT impingement issues👏

Doing all the little important things now, so that I can be healthy and strong to run Boston in April. 
For me right now, it's going to look like not a ton of running, but a good amount of cross training and lot's of solid PT to get my core and glutes strong. Good long breaks between long runs while still building them up. 
There are no time goals for Boston and I'd be silly if there were. I do however want to show up in great shape and feel super strong to run a marathon. 
The older I get, to feel strong is what I want more than anything. I want to run fast and PR in the marathon for sure. But mostly, I want to be strong. *

Приседания, богиня-поза сумоиста, прыжки, вариации берпи на ноги👣 и ягодицы🍑
Планки, чатуранги, отжимания и с ногами на стене- #mustdo на весь #кор☝🏼
#Бакасана, лоласана, уголок, препы и переходы - на укрепление пояса верхних конечностей💪🏼
Стойка на голове, на плечах, переходы, подъемы-опускания ног🦵🏼- подготовка к прессапу.
Мосты, холлоубэки для раскрытия плеч✌🏼
Укрепление запястий подъёмами в кошках, собаке вниз, планке👐🏼

Rack pulls are a great move to incorporate into your workout-especially if you don’t deadlift or find the middle to end phase of a deadlift the most difficult. Rack pulls take a lot of the stress that the lower body takes in the first half of a deadlift away and allows for a better focus on the muscles in the back and they provide less room for error/injury than a deadlift. Deadlifts are often incorporated into a back session which is fine but when heavy lower body compound movements like the squat are being performed in close proximity to the deadlift it can mean the lower body doesn’t have sufficient time to recover. Consider swapping rack pulls for deadlifts now and then if this relates to you and lower body fatigue is becoming an issue.

Home made Cinnamon Banana 🍌 Bread 🍞!
It’s always nice to have something yummy after a beautiful Vege roast dinner! So, I decided to make a healthy desert.

📖Recipe below:
* 4 large ripe bananas
* 60g coconut flour
* 1 tbs cinnamon
* 1 pinch salt
* 4 medium eggs
* 50g/3 tbs coconut oil, melted
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
* 1 tbs ACV (apple cider vinegar)
* 1/2 tbs maple syrup for the batter plus ½ tbs for the top
1. Skin the bananas. Weigh out 350g and mash until smooth. Reserve the leftover banana to decorate the top of the bread. 
2. Preheat oven to fan 180ºC and line a loaf tin (12cmx23cm/900g) with baking parchment.
3. Whisk the dry ingredients together, then stir in the eggs, mashed banana and the rest of the wet ingredients using only ½ tbs maple syrup and mix until smooth. Alternatively throw everything into a food processor and blend until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into the lined loaf tin. Decorate the top with slices of reserved banana* and drizzle with the remaining ½ tablespoon of maple syrup.
5. Bake at 180ºC for 50 mins – 60 min or until a knife comes out clean.
6. Cool on a rack completely before turning out of the tin.
*Tip – You could also top this with walnuts, goji berries, pumpkin seeds – or anything else that takes your fancy! -

FULL WARM UP ⬇️⁣
I see it so often, people walk into the gym load up the bar and begin lifting without a warm up ✖️⁣

I understand that a warm up can add time to your work out that you don’t have and it can get boring, HOWEVER, it is necessary - especially if you’re loading weight on to your body. In my opinion it would be more beneficial to cut a set and add your warm up if time is a massive factor. ⁣
⁣
Something that has helped me is to make my warm up a habit. It is the same every time, full body no matter what I am about to lift. It is now second nature to me and I am not mentally prepared to lift until I have completed my warm up. ⁣
⁣
If you are unsure of what to do in your warm up, give mine a go. I would advise focusing in on whatever feels most tight to you. For example, I spend a lot of time on my hips. ⁣

Routine goes like this:⁣
⚡️Foam roll ⁣
⚡️Hip stretches using long band ⁣
⚡️Glute activation using small circle band ⁣
⚡️Shoulder warm up ⁣

הפלאנק הוא תרגיל שנועד לחזק את השרשרת הקדמית (כל השרירים בחלק הקדמי של גופנו ) כיוון שהם מתנגדים לכוח הכבידה אשר מנסה להפיל אותנו כלפי מטה.
