❤️Ive always been passionate about fitness and nutrition since I was a little kid. But I was always told its impossible to make a career out of it. I listened to this feedback and advice and this made me fall off of my purpose, I applied for school to pursue a career I had no passion in, and I didn’t truly feel like I was doing what I wanted to do in life which led me down a dark path.

🚶🏻‍♂️I worked a lot of random jobs that sucked with shitty managers who would treat me like garbage but eventually I was like fuck this. I told myself I never want to work for someone again in my life. So I began to pursue my education, certifications, and mentorship to become a trainer.

📈Long story short, Im no where close to where I want to be yet. But Ive progressed tremendously from 3 years ago. Gaining experience from working in a commercial gym, meeting amazing like-minded people, and helping people reach their full potential in fitness.

Currently sitting at 118 pounds and at a comfortable weight to start slowly prepping this week for my first show which will be hopefully August.. Cut starts in April so it’s time to go ham and get those lean gains💪🏼I’m super excited for this process.. I’ve worked so hard for it and it’s time to put myself to the test 😊

Is it the right thing to us, to our friends, or to society as a whole? 🤔 It all depends on our own values to which of those things that we value the most. - Commitment to a goal is one of the aspects necessary to actually achieve the goal. Being committed means that you are putting in the time & energy required and will value your aspirations so highly that it will actually motivate you to keep going 💪 - If you aren't fully committed to something it means that you aren't really too concerned about getting that thing done. Ask yourself why you lack commitment--what about this thing makes you NOT want to fully commit? Maybe you don't enjoy it and therefore you do not value it 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Find what YOU enjoy and commit fully to getting it done. It may seem like the wrong thing at the time but once you're actually committed fully that thing is going to turn into the right thing! 😁🔥

January might not have went as you planned , you might not have been as disciplined or committed as you like. 
This coming week is a perfect chance to put it right , summer will be closing in fast and most people will be going on holiday in 15-20 weeks time , maybe sooner.

When dieting that comes around quick . 
If your dieting , whatever meal schedule you choose, establish a regular daily pattern, seven days a week. Because most people work ‪Monday through Friday‬, some find it easier to follow their programme on weekdays.

On the weekends, it’s tempting to sleep in, miss meals, eat at restaurants, stay out late for drinks, have an entire cheat day, or fall off your regular schedule.

Habits are a powerful force if you harness them to your advantage.

Whatever behaviour you repeat on a daily basis, week after week, will become habitual. If you eat poorly , apply these principles inconsistently or follow your diet for only five days a week and let it fall apart on weekends, you’ll never establish good habit patterns and you’ll never get optimal results.

When you see people who are in good shape 9 times out 10 it's because they are consistent and have discipline, strive to have them and you will be well on your way to achieving your goals.

I know coffee & pizza contain magical properties. I know the Minnesota Vikings will break my heart every year...

I also know that one bad meal, day, or even week of overeating isn't the end of the world. You can ALWAYS get back on track and start making progress in the right direction.

But(t🍑), that doesn't mean you shouldn't implement strategies to help you avoid accidentally overeating. With a few reliable tactics in place, you can take control over and eliminate unplanned overeating (almost) entirely!

Make a deal with yourself that, if you still want it after 15-20 minutes of waiting, you can have it. What you'll probably find is that your cravings disappear after 5-10 minutes of waiting. ⠀ 3️⃣ Strategy 3 - Plan your meals ahead of time. ⠀ Two benefits to this... ⠀ One is that you know exactly what you're eating, which will decrease the number of food-related decisions you’re making way day. ⠀ The second is that you can incorporate fun foods you enjoy into your plan. Knowing that you have a small treat planned for later in the day makes it MUCH easier to avoid temptations in the moment. ⠀ 4️⃣ Strategy 4 - You can ALWAYS get back on track. ⠀ I said it at the start, but it's worth repeating. It doesn't matter if you've had a bad meal, day, week, or month of overeating... ⠀ You can always get right back on track. Always. What’s cool is, once you realize this, you'll find your binges are less frequent and don't extend into the next.

Ten years ago I was 11 years old boy who had big dreams and goals and wanted to do everything I am able to do today. For that I faced a lot learned a lot and my passion for learning keeps going up!  Thats the a little peak of all the things that I've spent my second 10 years on🏆🙏
