Majority of calories are coming from the “healthy” food with some added enjoyment foods. -⠀

I love to do deadlifts for a stronger core!! A strong back can absolutely help with your posture, but another way deadlifts help fix bad posture is by helping correct it.⁣

To perform deadlifts properly, you need to make sure your form is right—and good form during deadlifts often translates to good posture. ⁣

It took my some years to master the deadlift fully! Small steps, big results. As goes with everything!⁣

You can expect a noticeable change in walking upright and sitting without rounded shoulders after regularly performing this lift, which is especially important for those of us who spend a lot of time hunched in front of a computer screen.⁣

And this is from tonight. When the PRE-WORKOUT hits you and you have all the energy you can possibly find in your whole body 🤪. ⁣

I just DEADLIFTED 70kg 3x3 and 1x80kg @ 59kg body weight. A little downgrade since my Personal best is 85kg. Nonetheless, still good to know my posture is working it 🤣. ⁣

I don't plan a "cheat day" and just eat whatever I feel like at the time, which makes this lifestyle way more sustainable for me. I don't force myself to eat or do things I don't like OR cut things that I love! Cause guess what? I still party!! 🎉 I've always enjoyed going out and I know the party lifestyle and healthy living doesn't really go hand in hand, but what if I told you that you don't have to completely cut it out of your life to be 'healthy'? 🤔 . To clarify, I personally party to have a good time with my friends, not for the sake of drinking excessively, passing out or doing things that can harm myself and other people. None of that has ever happened to me, and sometimes I don't even drink, I'm just there to dance 💃 . When it comes to going out, just make SMARTER choices. Be aware and mindful with WHAT types of drinks you put in your body, HOW MUCH, and HOW OFTEN 🍸 Don't be reckless with alcohol and go blacking out every few days 💀 Know your limits and control yourself ☝️ . Evening chills☺️. Seeing as I’m mostly very full these days 🐷 and therefor don’t really need to make my very popular protein mug cake, which I used to put my #glutamine into. I’m now adding it to my options #hotchocolate instead. Give me a little helping hand with my recovery after my #legday today.......😩 tomorrow I will be unable to sit down on the toilet properly🤣 I also did some fasted cardio when I first woke so it’s a double wammy kind of day👍🏻🙌🏻

KEEP HYDRATED 💦
I used to struggle so bad with my water intake but now I drink around 3L a day without even thinking about it 🤷🏼‍♀️ staying hydrated is SO important. Water helps with everything, your skin, your internal organs require adequate water intake to function properly and water can even help with hunger (often people think they are hungry but they are actually dehydrated) here’s some things to help you up your water game 👏🏻
Take a water bottle with you whenever you leave the house! There are so many cool reusable drink bottles out there to choose from 😇
Get an app 📲 there are a ton of free apps that remind you to drink water and track your water intake which is super helpful to get you into the habit of drinking more. 
Flavour drops 💧 if you don’t enjoy drinking plain water you can get sugar free flavour drops to pop in your drink bottle! So there you go, drink more water fam 💦

Nothing impressive, just me doing some cardio-hardio 😅

Lately errrythang has been feeling heavy and today I could not stay tight to save my life. So to avoid possible injury I stayed semi- light and just focused on trying to find that mind/ muscle connection.

Jag har fått så många frågor det senaste om jag fortfarande tränar lika mycket. Sanningen är att jag de flesta veckor tränar mer styrka på gymmet nu än vad jag gjorde under tävlingssatsningen. Men inte lika mycket cardio, knappt någon alls. Nu äter jag mer och får där av mer energi, och det försöker jag såklart bygga muskler av;). Instagram har inte varit ett lika stort prio för mig det senaste. (Det ska bli ändring på det!) Jag är en människa som älskar att jobba efter uppsatta mål. För några månader sedan var målet att stå på scenen. Det senaste och i detta nu är mitt prio-mål att jobba för att tjäna ihop pengar till min livs största resa som BÄR AV OM 36 DAGAR! Jag ska med en av mina närmaste vänner åka till Hong Kong, Bali och Australien. JAG ÄR SÅ REDO NU! Hur träningen ska gå då får ni följa mig här och se😉

With that said...you have to actually believe it. I had to retrain my mind to believe that I could do it, that I could reach my goals, have my body back after having kids....or having a better body, and believe that I deserved it! Stop saying you can’t do it, why not you? Trust me if I can then anyone can achieve their goals, it just takes work and consistency! .

🔸Left: 134lbs vs Right: 141lbs. Yes you read that correctly! My client Camille is actually 7lbs heavier on the right. Yet her waist is slimmer, her glutes are rounder,  her hamstrings are more defined and her shoulders are poppin’ 👀

This is the perfect example of why the number on the scale doesn’t tell the whole story. You should weight yourself regularly, but you should use other methods of tracking progress such as tape/skinfold measurements, progress pictures using similar clothing/pose/lighting and even the way your clothes fit you! So many of many of my clients get discouraged when they don’t see the scale move that much, but then I show them their progress pictures side by side and I see the smile on their faces. • •

I’m asked frequently about my commitment to eating healthy and working out. Friends, I’m no different than you. You are stronger than you think. You can live a healthy style also.
