Ten wieniec zrobiłam z ciasta drożdżowego z szafranem i kardamonem – z dokładnie takiego ciasta Szwedzi robią Lussekatter – tradycyjne bułeczki podawane na śniadanie w dzień świętej Łucji, czyli dzisiaj. Wieniec nadziany jest masłem z dodatkiem cynamonu, imbiru, mielonego kardamonu i skórki startej z klementynki. Nie wyszłam z kuchni do czasu aż nie skończyło się piec – zapach jest cudowny. Вам понадобится:
на 4 порции
4 филе камбалы,
1 ч. ложка сока лимона,
молотый черный перец,
3 ч. ложки растительного масла,
200 г замороженного шпината, 
100 г чищеных креветок,
2 луковицы,
3 ч. ложки сливочного масла,
150 мл бульона,
3 ст. ложки сока лайма,
щепотка молотого имбиря,
щепотка чили.

60 минут
260 ккал 
Приготовление:
Рыбное филе сбрызнуть лимонным соком, посолить и поперчить. Разогреть растительное масло и разморозить в нем под крышкой шпинат, приправить.
Шпинат выложить на филе. Сверху разложить креветки. Свернуть рулетиками. Лук порубить и пассеровать в сливочном масле.
Влить бульон и довести до кипения. Выложить рулеты, томить 10 минут, затем вынуть из бульона.
В бульон добавить сок лайма, немного уварить. Посолить, поперчить, приправить имбирем и перцем чили.
Рулеты подать вместе с соусом, украсив ломтиками лайма, колечками перца чили и веточками свежей зелени.

Sonntag hab ich meinen 1. Schweinebraten gezaubert und ich sags Euch, Hammer, war das Teil lecker!😍😱#nichtsfürvegetarier🤭 .
Ich bevorzuge sonst eher Hähnchen-, Puten- oder Rindfleisch. Schwein mag ich nicht so, weil es oft sehr säuerlich schmeckt und das find ich ziemlich pervers.🤢🙈
Aber das Fleisch hier war toll, gekauft in dem großen Laden mit dem Großen K.. und hinten D
Das Rezept, auf das sich 30 von 38 Damen laut Abstimmung freuen 😊😁 🌟Hier ist es:
Das Fleisch (war Nacken mit Knochen) habe ich mit einer Marinade aus süßem Senf, Senf, 
rauchigem Pfeffer und Salz eingerieben und von allen Seiten in etwas Olivenöl scharf angebraten damit sich die Poren schließen und es nicht austrocknet während des Garens. 
Wenn das Fleisch von allen Seiten schön braun ist, Fleisch herausnehmen und im Topf Wurzelgemüse anbraten (½ Stange Porree, 2 Möhren, ein Stück
Sellerie, 3 große rote Zwiebeln grob schneiden , 1 Knoblauchzehe hinzu). Wenn alles leicht angeröstet ist etwa 2-3 EL Tomatenmark hinzugeben und mit anrösten.
Mit etwa 500ml (je nachdem wie viel Soße ihr braucht) Fleischbrühe(könnt ihr nehmen was Ihr wollt, Instant, Würfel, selbst gemacht, 
gekaufter Fond) auffüllen. .
Hinzu kommen nun Gewürze nach Wahl, bei mir etwa 1TL Majoran, 3 Lorbeerblätter, 4 
Körner Piment und 2 Wacholderbeeren. Umrühren und dann das Ganze in einen Bräter füllen, das Fleisch mittenrein.
Und nun ist die halbe Arbeit schon getan.💪 Alles kommt jetzt für etwa 2 h in den Backofen (ich hatte 170 Grad Umluft) mit geschlossenem 
Deckel.
Alle halbe Stunde hab ich das Fleisch mit Bratensaft übergossen.
Nach 2 h war das Fleisch schön durch, weich und butterzart. Man konnte es super schneiden und es löste sich toll vom Knochen.❤️

Das tut ihr dann an die Seite und kümmert Euch nun um die Soße.
Wer mag kann nun einfach das Gemüse durch ein Sieb kippen, die Soße auffangen, binden (mit 
Sahne, Kochsahne, Soßenbinder) oder sie so klar lassen (der Kalorien wegen).😊 Ich habe allerdings die ganzen .

This Chicago Deep Dish Pizza by Sweet Tooth, MM Alam was a revelation that finally happened to me. Amazing taste coupled with ample sticky cheese and marinara goodness, this might be my new favourite comfort food.
Taste: 8.5/10
Quantity: 8/10
Value for money: 8/10

Priced at PKR 920+tax. 
I might be the last one of the lost to feast on this deep dish pizza, yet it warrants a review. Well, starting off with the dough, it was very smooth and soft, not even an inch tough as it looks. The rim gelled well with the gooey soft and perfectly baked pizza crust, filled with fresh and excellently done shredded chicken. The  filling with oodles of chicken, minimal spices and hell lot of mozzarella cheese, sticky, cheesy and very much delicious, the cheese factor was superlative and ampled the taste quotient to a high. I loved how the top was velvety with the amazing amalgam of marinara sauce, dishing out a supremely different taste. Served red hot, the cheese and an eruption of flavours is flavourful and equally fulfilling, the pizza a bit small for two, but it was high on satiety and a good go for two unless you have an elephantine appetite. Still thinking if they might add a signature ingredient or two to spice and jazz this up. 
I needa write another post to describe the heartwarming ambience, taking funk and spunk to a high. Colourful seating, charming interiors, ‘sui cased’ and ‘drawered’ walls are innovative while I loved the lively, vibrant and warm feels. P.s. there is a huge wall replete with sticky notes and you might as well carve your heart as @salarhaider16 and I managed to put out a ‘KE’ on the wall. 
Excellently done pizza, and delighful feels, rush to this on ASAP if you already haven’t. .

This Pasta Au Gratin can sky-lift your mood to the gargantuan heights. Penne pasta has never tasted to perfect. The pasta is highly unique, baked on the top like a lasagne. The top of the pasta is wafer thin, smooth and baked perfectly, as a result the crust melts instantly. Abundant fine Penne pasta, with soft consistency, mild peppery taste and is cooked extremely well. The abundant mild garlic cream, with black and white pepper, fresh delicious bell mushrooms, jalapeños , and black olives is heavenly and just about excellent. Abundant rectangular fried chicken chunks, that are soft and a little spicy, are generously spread in the potpourri. The cheese is top notch, high on flavour, quality and quantity. The slow melting cheese in your mouth is all the kinds of love, ultimately becoming the winner. Served with a firm baked bran bread that serves as a side snack.
Quantity is huge. Service is fast, and the staff is polite despite the cafe being super busy. The ambience needs no introduction, with chocolate brown chairs and couches, comfortable and lively ambience, and a classy, sophisticated feel, this place is altogether unique and absolutely wonderful. 
The best a pasta could ever get. Need I say more!
