The best way to explain is that just because a bowl of oats and protein have the same calories as a pop tart that they are one in the same for bulking. @neil_yoda_hill1 is one of the best for knowing that off-season nutrition is not about eating to get fat but eating smart to get big. -♦️WARM UP♦️: 3 SETS DIPS PULL UPS AND LATERAL RAISES for 15 reps. 🔸 INCLINE BB PRESS🔸 4 sets 6-8
🔸FLAT DB PRESS🔸 4 sets 6-8
🔸MILITARY PRESS🔸 4 sets 8-12
🔸UPRIGHT ROWS🔸 4 sets 12-15 🔸DB OVERHEAD EXTENSION🔸 4 sets 15-20 reps  Try this workout to increase torso muscle mass, and also I was not able to record the other tricep movements due to my phone dying 🤓, promise you guys I’ll make it up on Friday’s arm day !

Ive been thinking a lot as I do when I write my long ass captions ( if youre new to the page; welcome to my cringey side🤷🏾‍♀️😂).A lil motivation for you!
❣️We spend so much time congratulating other ppl in their achievements and successes ( which is perfectly fine obvs) but you need to channel that SAME energy and more into being proud of your personal achievements ( no matter how small , regardless of what it is you’re doing) because to be a better version of you requires for you to be aware of your flaws but also your achievements . Being aware of what youre good at and what you can improve on will help you progress and evolve to the person you’re striving to be! If you constantly put yourself down; you wont see your own potential and you’ll be your own enemy of progress ( ofc everyone has off days but just try as much as possible to focus on the  positives, blessings you have no matter how small💓). Keep grinding and believing in you and all of it will fall into place ! Hope you are having an awesome week! Ive been doing nothing 😭💓 #lovethyself

Here are some of the exercises i've been doing in order to strengthen my back and to perfect my Wide Grip Pull Ups. ▫️
1) Lat' Pulldown - Uses the same range of motion and works the same muscles as a Wide Grip Pull-Up
▫️
2) Negative Chin-Ups - also use the same muscles as a Wide Grip Pull-Up. By building your eccentric strength (in this case, lowering phase of the pull-up) this will help you to develop the muscles and skills necessary to lift yourself up without assistance and progress to the full movement. ▫️
3) Wide Grip Seated Cable Rows - Shifts the emphasis to the Upper Lats' (Latissimus Dorsi) and recruits the use of the other muscles in the upper back (Trapezius, Rhomboids & Rear Deltoids) more so than a narrow grip seated row. ▫️
4) Bent Over Barbell Rows - Works the larger muscle groups of the upper and lower back equally. Brilliant exercise for increasing your strength & size.

HOMEMADE: 22oz prime rib côte de boeuf for one? 🥩🐄 I must admit I actually really struggled with this having never worked with something so big before without a thermometer 👀😂 underplayed both elements of the reverse sear which I'm a bit disappointed in, but it's the mistakes which ultimately make you a better chef. But hey it was still good  just not 💯💁‍♂️ next time for sure 🙅‍♂️
