Kinda hard not to fall in love with any Peanut Butter, Banana & Chocolate combo...and with Peanut Butter Coconut Whipped  Frosting? Hello, soulmate💕. And the cherry 🍒 (pecan?) on top is OMG easy!! Five minutes & a blender is all it takes to fall in love😋. Recipe! 
Cupcakes 🥜🍌: - 2 ripe bananas - 2 large eco eggs
- 1 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda ➡️Blend, lick the bowl, smile & praise the almighty peanut, then add
➡️1/2 cup (or more) 85% dark chocolate chunks @lindt
➡️Bake at 400F/205C ~15 min. 
Frosting🎂! - 1 cup coconut cream (85% fat)
- 1/4 cup (or more) natural peanut butter, to taste.
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, optional. ❇️Frosting is for about 6, the coconut doesn't last as long as the cupcakes so it's better to make in batches as you nibble away💕

Jumped in with Wednesday’s 5.45am crew today. Still groggy from last nights workout but felt great afterwards. First few sets this morning were rough. 
We did 2min on; 1 min off of a descending ladder 10..to...1.
Power cleans, Goblet Squats, Strict PU, Floor wipers & Box jumps. 
10 thru 6 were brutal. 
The thought of doing something is always the worst part.

Não era minha intenção deixar aqui a receita destes bolinhos, porque os fiz meio à pressa, para aproveitar uns dióspiros que já estavam a ficar maduros demais... Mas ficaram TÃO BONS que não resisti a partilhar aqui convosco. 😋😋😋 E sim, estou a aproveitar os dióspiros até mais não, que daqui a pouco desaparecem e depois... só para o ano!

Então vejam esta simplicidade: triturar 4 dióspiros pequenos, juntar 1 chávena de flocos de aveia finos, 1/2 chávena de farinha de batata doce e 1 colher de café de erva doce em pó. Mexer e levar ao forno a 180º por 25 min (dá para 6 bolinhos mas só sobraram 3 para a foto 😉).

But they turned out to be SO GOOD that I had to share this with you. 😋😋😋 And yes, I´m using persimmons a lot these days, once they'll be gone soon and then... only next year!

Look how simple it is: blend 4 small persimmons, add 1 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of sweet potato floor and 1 tsp of fennel. Stir and place in the oven at 180º for 25 min (recipe for 6 little cakes but only 3 were left when I took the photo 😉).

It can be easy to go down the tunnel of negative self talk or to strike up a conversation around categorizing foods as “bad” or that you are being “terrible” or “cheating” by eating something. Instead challenge yourself to shift the discussion towards how delicious, satisfying and enjoyable that food is.
