I will watch people fight & defend their position to remain overweight at the very same time they tell me they want to lose weight. For example, I will tell a client the straight up truth, “if you cook & carry your own food your problem will go away.” And the first thing they will respond with is “I can’t do that, I don’t have the time.” The wall that they just put up is a point of resistance. Therefore it’s vital to help alter or change the way they view cooking in order to help them reach long term success at losing their weight. Cooking your own food is an important  Coping skill that makes up part of a long term weight loss strategy. And it puts you in full control of what and how you eat, eating out all the time and the restaurants are more in control of your food making it harder to succeed. On importance of surrounding yourself with good experiences🤔 and good people🙄... We are an average of the 5 people we spend most of the time with😯 Think about it for a minute... you can have a very strong personality but your decisions are still influenced by people around you, and not necessarily by what they might say but also by how your decisions or actions might affect them. Human beings are social creatures and you can’t fight it. You can’t change your instincts which formed for centuries. 
That’s why it is so important to pay attention to this. If you want to be happier😋, more successful🤑, more fulfilled with your life🥰, etc - in addition to working on this yourself, look at the people around you. Look at your relationships, friends, colleagues, etc and see if any of them might be pulling you back in what you are trying to archive. Not saying that you have to break up with your childhood friends, but maybe you need to spend less time with them. People change and it’s normal. We are not what we were 5 or 10 years ago, our interests are different, our priorities are different. We see the world around us differently. 
Go out, meet new people, expand this circle of 5 people. Don’t be afraid. The one thing you will get for sure from that is experience. 
Travel, see new places, try new things. Constantly get yourself out of your comfort zone. That’s the only way to evolve into something new and different 🦋

Let's face it, short rest intervals can certainly give you a nice pump and make the workout feel hard 🤔

But that does not mean they give you better results ⛔️

In fact, longer rest times seem to be more beneficial to shorter rest times as they allow for more volume to be lifted 😃

This is because the volume lifted will likely be performed with greater movement quality since you will be better-rested! 🏋️‍♂️

No excuses, back need heavy lifting. What works for me is not the volume, but value... Focus on 6~8 reps heavy weight. And 5o work out back,,,, is a only part you train that day...
