For me this isn’t about being the best,biggest,strongest, etc.. its about achieving the best version of myself, both mentally and physically! No one ever told me this was going to be easy, I busted my ass off each and everyday to get to where I am today, of course I had my ups and downs but that’s just part of the journey. I can’t say I trained very smart in the beginning. Or seriously. Or consistently. It took awhile for me to really find my confidence and to build a solid foundation of knowledge about training and nutrition.

There’s been a lots of ups and downs. It’s been an evolution of character, direction, and goals.

There’s been times that I questioned the natty life.

But being here now, seeing how far I’ve come. I’m glad I stuck it out.

It’s a longer road, but for me, I know it was definitely the right one.

Day two cleaning up the diet.

The second meal of the day chicken, green vegetables and a teaspoon of olive oil.

This week I’m limiting my carb intake to only one meal per day, mainly after my workout.

2 scoops of mango BCAA from @myproteinau to go with it 😋

Why i think low volume high intensity training is effective, and why i personally enjoy it.⁣
⁣
In low volume training, we need to force our body to grow which means - progressive overload is the key. Make new stimulus so our body is able to produce new growth and once it adapts we need to keep producing new stimulus constantly. That's the desire of every bodybuilder. It's not so difficult to understand. It's simply forcing our body to work harder each time we are at the gym. Once it adapts, work harder and so on…. thats how progress is made.⁣
⁣
By doing the least amount of volume we can get away with our recovery will be better simply because we not overloading our body with sets on sets. The logic here is to produce the work through progressive overload and over time of course as your body adapts, more volume could be added. Volume is highly dependent on calorie intake, your level of  advancement and your own capabilities.  Recovery will be different to each one of us. By doing low volume training, we are automatically forced to train very intensely simply because the sets we are doing are minimal. Myself, I’m currently doing only 2 sets on compounds sometimes even 1 set! For me, training was always about insane intensity, going to failure.  It's a mental battle. I love to push the boundaries session after session. That's where my passion is coming from. When I hit a certain amount of reps/weight, next session it has to be more no matter what. That's the mentality I have when I’m going into my session.⁣

Then again EXECUTION and PROPER FORM is the king of all. If you are just lifting the weights without concentration, just to write it on your paper so you feel good about it. Then it’s just for ego and you won't go far with this approach. Train hard, train smart!

Why i think low volume high intensity training is effective, and why i personally enjoy it.⁣ ⁣ In low volume training, we need to force our body to grow which means - progressive overload is the key. Make new stimulus so our body is able to produce new growth and once it adapts we need to keep producing new stimulus constantly. That's the desire of every bodybuilder. It's not so difficult to understand. It's simply forcing our body to work harder each time we are at the gym. Once it adapts, work harder and so on…. thats how progress is made.⁣ ⁣ By doing the least amount of volume we can get away with our recovery will be better simply because we not overloading our body with sets on sets. The logic here is to produce the work through progressive overload and over time of course as your body adapts, more volume could be added. Volume is highly dependent on calorie intake, your level of advancement and your own capabilities. Recovery will be different to each one of us. ~The most toxic thing about excuses, is the fact that they are VALID. 
You have every right to complain about that job you didnt get, about the abuse you received as a child. Its YOUR right to complain and bitch and whinge... you are right, and that is your choice to make. 
However, whether the excuse, the set back or the fairness of something that happened to you is valid or not, if you make that choice, if you exercise that RIGHT to let that negatively impact your ability to move on and create something POSITIVE and NOURISHING from that, then you immediately take on any blame from that point forward.
There are excuses, and you can USE them, thats fine.... but.... its when you start MAKING them, when you DWELL on them and CARRY them with you into your decision making process moving forward, THATS ON YOU.

Do this 5 times with 25 repetitions and your legs will feel like noodles I know mine do then kill it off with 10 minutes on the stair stepper.
