In una qualsiasi programmazione i parametri a cui possiamo far affidamento sono parecchi, possiamo dire che (semplifico) cinque sono i principali: volume, intensità, densità, carico e frequenza. Da questi la possibilità di combinarne due o più, magari creando progressioni che di allenamento in allenamento diventano progressivamente più difficili. Tutto ciò ovviamente esula dal solo

Tutto ciò ovviamente esula dal solo "carico" che, troppe volte, a maggior ragione se si tratta di intermedi/avanzati, tende a stallare in fretta, troppo in fretta... ● Ok, rendiamola ancora più semplice... ● Supponiamo di voler impostare la scheda lavorando su tre parametri, quindi carico, densita e volume. Il carico, come detto sopra, se pur importantissimo è comunque quello meno facile da far progredire, ma... ecco che arrivati allo stallo, densità e volume vengono in nostro aiuto! :D ● Ipotizziamo un possibile allenamento, qualcosa con un impostazione "facile". L'idea è quella di (per prima cosa) portarci al massimo della resa concedendoci 2/4 allenamenti di "rodaggio". In pratica di allenamento in allenamento ci adattiamo al tipo di lavoro, diventiamo bravi a "spremerci" per bene, insomma... lo rendiamo fruttuoso. ● ...ci siamo adesso? arriviamo al sodo! :D Prendiamo ad esempio un gruppo a caso... i tricipiti! 😁 ● Allenamento! -Superset: Push down corda + panca stretta 3x6-10 + 3x6-10 (6-10 è un range di ripetizioni, bisogna cedere rimandendoci dentro!). Recupero tra i superset 3' -Push down 2x6-8/drop set. Recupero tra le serie 2' ● I primi (esempio) 3 cicli vanno, sono duri ma ci siamo adattati, siamo diventati bravi ad esprimerci veramente (cazzo si! E chi ci ferma?!). КАК ДОСТИГНУТЬ ЦЕЛИ⁉️ Ставить цели-легко.Мы заряжены,мотивированы так,как будто их уже выполнили.Многие на этом и заканчивают.

Итак,цели поставлены,что же делать дальше❓

Действовать-это самое главное.Сделать первый шаг на пути к каждой целе как можно скорее.А потом действовать каждый день.КАЖДЫЙ ДЕНЬ❗️ Но нам не помешает планы этих самых действий,стратегия достижения каждой отдельно взятой цели.

Поэтому после записи целей на бумаге(Ты же их записывал,правда ?),нужно к каждой написать стратегию,ежедневные действия которые ты будешь совершать.

Осталось самое сложное и в то же время самое простое-ДЕЙСТВОВАТЬ❗️❗️❗️

You maybe talking to yourself with unkind criticisms and cruel judgments at times without even being aware of it. When deep feelings and thoughts towards the self are negative, self-acceptance can take a dive. Berating self talk or denying aspects of yourself that you don’t like will not improve your situation – it only creates more of the same. It’s been extremely hard for me to look at myself the same way that I used to since my injuries. Transformation Tuesday!! I wanted to share my fitness journey. This is NOT easy but it’s real and I feel a lot of women and moms can relate. 
As a mom, entrepreneur, and gym owner it’s not easy to juggle everything. 
I certainly love being both, but it has put a lot of stress in my life. 
Moving gym locations to a bigger facility, having more responsibilities with this thing called LIFE brought me at my heaviest weight by end of Summer weighing at 175!! I was great at helping everyone else, making sure family was taken care of, my business was running smoothly, making sure my employees and trainers were happy, and staying on top of my marriage, but realized I was actually miserable and sad.
Feeling low and depressed and just awful from the inside out, I felt locked up in a box and I couldn’t escape.  Having under gone some Gluten testing and other tests seeing a natural path,  really shed some light with what was going on with me.

Over tired, not enough SLEEP, lazy thyroid, gluten intolerant and a leaky gut! That explained a lot, why I was so bloated all the time, why my IBS kicked in, why I was sluggish and why I had no motivation to do anything but just jump in a hole and not come out!  After dealing with all this and coming to terms with myself I knew I had to get my shit together, I had no choice. I wasn’t going to live my life like this! This was NOT who I wanted to be. 
I Challenged myself to a Transformation and booked a photo shoot with @west_studio Alongside my trainers and admin staff that work at Ironstone Fitness. 
I devoted my time to making an effort to getting rest and exercising everyday and followed a tight nutritional plan provided by my coach @fitlife_silvia after making several changes to my meal plan I was starting to feel better internally and overall better about myself. 
Day by day improvements and I kept going even on my shitiest of days when I wanted to throw in the towel. 
The support of my team, my family, friends  and coaches has pushed me to get this far. This was a big step and I’m overall proud of my hard work and dedication, most importantly I feel accomplished, I did NOT let myself down.
