  • So let’s see.. Client has around 3 layers with Lots of natural lashes- On average i’m guessing 120 naturals on each eye- i now will be making a bouquet of synthetic lashes (aka a volume fan) by my hand in real time for each and every natural lash. The fans range from 5-9D meaning they have 5 to 9 extensions in one fan. i have to get it off the strip (they come packaged as individual lashes) and create a symmetrical fan by using some strange magical formula involving wiggling my tweezers in specific micro-movements this way and that 🧙🏻‍♀️ Now i must maintain its form while i peel it off the strip & dip into adhesive, then balance each fan on your natural lash. Don’t let go too soon or fan will close. Don’t put too much adhesive or fan will close. Don’t breath or fan will close 😹😹 Now repeat 240 times. Roughly 1700 extensions 😳 Not to mention isolating each lash, correct suitable mapping, volumetric calculator, humidity, temperature, the tweezers, correct angle, correct glue dipping, oh and watch your posture. Forget about lunch 😹 and when you look in the mirror after lashing all day you look like you’ve been to war & back 😹😹It’s some type of sorcery i tell you & a miracle at the end of a well executed lash set🥳 🦹🏻‍♀️ Shout out to my lash babes doing this on a daily basis - Brace yourself for the upcoming holiday season😹🥵 Being a lash artist is not a walk in the park - but oh so rewarding to make people so happy 🥰 If your a last artist holla at me ! Let me know below - What are your biggest struggles when it comes to lashing ?? ✍️
